Yes, all entrants must be based in the UK or Ireland and be over the age of 18 to enter. Identification will be required for prize winners and anyone under the age of 18 will unfortunately be disqualified from the draw and the competition redrawn.

Unfortunately we do not currently offer PayPal as a payment option. This is due to PayPal’s strict regulations regarding competition websites with new applications not currently being considered.

Standard Format: We use Google Random Number Generator to select ticket numbers. We will then cross-reference this LIVE on Facebook with our randomly allocated tickets numbers. This ensures complete fairness and transparency. Auto Draws: Auto draw competition winners are chosen via the independent in-built random winner picker. Like Google’s RNG, the system will randomly select a number, emailing the winner and notifying the site admin of the selected winner.

Our competition countdown timer is displayed on all competition pages. Please see the bullet point section for when the live draw will take place. This may be brought forward if tickets sell out before the end time.

We will notify the winner via telephone or email within 7 days of the closing date of the competition. If you change any of your contact details prior to the closing date, you must inform us. We will try to contact you using the information you have supplied us with. If we cannot reach you within 14 days of the closing date we reserve the right to choose another winner and you will lose your right to claim the prize.

Please check each competition description carefully. Some competitions are eligible for a cash alternative, others are not. If not cash alternative option is displayed, then no alternative will be given.

Instant Wins give you the chance to win prizes the moment you take part in a competition. If your ticket number matches an Instant Win number, you’ll instantly win that prize. Site credit is applied to your account automatically. For cash or physical prizes, you’ll need to complete the claim form sent to your email address. Cash prizes are paid out as quickly as possible, though during busy periods this may take up to 48 hours. Physical prizes are dispatched as soon as possible, but as supplier and courier lead times vary, please allow up to 10 days. Not completing the claim form may delay your payout. If your prize has not been received within the timeframes above, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll be more than happy to assist.

Cash prizes are often sent straight after the draw, however please allow up to 14 days for physical prizes to be delivered.

We do not offer refunds of entry fees as this can affect other users decisions to buy tickets. If you are likely to require a refund to a change in decision to enter then please avoid participating in the competition.
